Futurum Group is an established and rapidly growing entertainment company specialising in the production of premium children’s animation programmes, and already have multiple distribution contracts in place and an existing global audience of circa 30m viewers.

The group own outright the IP to their current slate of five unique and progressive programmes, each of which has the potential for multi-episode, multi series global rollout. They have signed a valuable and lucrative merchandising deal with one of the top 10 players in the space.

They also have a JV deal with a proven team in the blockchain space, and plan to launch a premium educational Web 3.0 game for children in late March. The game is based on their animated characters, academically proven educational technology, and is driven by AI technology, including the provision of AI Tutors to support and assist users.

The group are planning an IPO later this year which will provide liquidity for investors, as well as enhanced corporate credibility which will further assist in securing deals with broadcasters, streamers, and distributors.
